1. HS CODE FOR CONSTRUCTION GLASS FOR REFERENCE

When importing construction glass, businesses need to know the HS code of the goods. From there, import tax and specialized regulations can be calculated. Below are some HS codes for construction glass products:

2 RELATED REGULATIONS ON IMPORTING CONSTRUCTION GLASS

Currently, when importing construction glass, businesses need to pay attention to studying Circular No. 19/2019/TT-BXD
In the regulations, some types of construction glass under QCVN 16:2019/BXD will have to undergo quality inspection and certification of conformity before customs clearance

Import implementation process:
Step 1: Register for quality inspection of imported glass at the Department of Construction and the organization that inspects and certifies conformity
Step 2: Open the declaration and submit goods to the warehouse for storage
Step 3: Contact the inspection organization and conformity certification recognized by the Ministry of Construction, conduct testing and make a conformity certificate
Step 4: Return the results of the conformity certification to the Department of Construction, to receive the notice of the Department of Construction
Step 5: Return the notice of the Department to Customs to clear the shipment and proceed to affix the stamp to sell on the market
