- Customers need to provide full information of the goods including: size, weight, material, value of the shipment to the shipping unit so that the shipping unit can declare to customs, clear customs, and export the goods to you.
4. Plant quarantine when carrying out export procedures for rattan and bamboo woven products
The application for plant quarantine registration for rattan and bamboo woven products includes:
- Plant quarantine registration form (According to the form of the quarantine agency specified in Appendix IV issued with Circular 33/2014/TT-BNNPTNT);
- Contract for sale of goods, bill of lading, packing list of goods if any;
- Authorization letter of the owner of the goods (In case the registrant is the person authorized by the owner of the goods);
- The rattan and bamboo woven sample of the shipment to be quarantined.
If the shipment meets the quarantine requirements of the importing country, the Plant Quarantine Agency will issue a plant quarantine certificate to the enterprise. And vice versa.
