Certificate Award Ceremony on Customs Procedures

In the context of Vietnam’s deep and wide integration with the world economy, customs plays a very important role in import and export.

Understanding the importance of customs operations for each logistics unit, the Board of Directors of HML International Supply Chain Services Joint Stock Company has organized an extracurricular course for all staff. The course includes 8 full modules, covering processes, procedures, customs operations and related specialized knowledge at the Institute of Taxation – Customs – Treasury (Hanoi University of Finance and Banking, 31 Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi). This program aims to improve the customs operations capacity of the company’s staff.

During the 8-day training, HML employees learned and trained knowledge about customs operations and mistakes to avoid during work. The training program received attention and active participation from all employees of the company. Everyone participated in discussion activities, interacted and shared experiences with each other very enthusiastically. This is a great opportunity for employees, especially young employees, to learn from experienced people and also an opportunity to exchange knowledge with each other for mutual development.

At the end of the course, each employee must complete a final test before receiving a certificate. The test lasts for 1 hour, including 50 multiple choice questions and 5 case studies related to import and export customs procedures, with the aim of reviewing the knowledge learned as well as evaluating each person’s ability to absorb and apply after completing the course.

Responding to the expectations of the Board of Directors, teachers of the Institute of Taxation – Customs – Treasury, the entire HML company has successfully completed the test and qualified to receive the graduation certificate. At the ceremony to award the certificate of the Customs training course, the representative of the Institute of Taxation – Customs – Treasury, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai had some special sharing:
