4. Plant quarantine when carrying out export procedures for rattan and bamboo woven products

The application for plant quarantine registration for rattan and bamboo woven products includes:

• Plant quarantine registration form (According to the form of the quarantine agency specified in Appendix IV issued with Circular 33/2014/TT-BNNPTNT);
• Contract for sale of goods, bill of lading, packing list of goods if any;
• Authorization letter of the owner of the goods (In case the registrant is the person authorized by the owner of the goods);
• The rattan and bamboo woven sample of the shipment to be quarantined.
